The processing flow of perforated plate is mainly to wipe the leveling layer or the rigid support mold → draw the board position line → hoist the floor → adjust the position of the board → tie or weld the anchor ribs.

Wipe the leveling layer or rigid frame support form, clean the top of the wall or beam before installing the circular orifice plate, check the elevation and axis size, and apply the cement mortar leveling layer to the perforated plate according to the design requirements, the thickness is generally 1.5-20mm, the mix ratio It is 1:3. Install circular perforated plates on cast-in-place concrete walls. Normally, the wall concrete has a strength of 4MPa or more, so installation is allowed. Mark the position line of the perforated plate. On the side of the wall or beam that supports the prestressed circular orifice plate, mark the position line of the seam according to the design drawing. It is advisable to mark the model of the plate on the beam or wall. The design stipulates that the seam should be opened. When the design is not stipulated, the width of the seam of the perforated plate is generally 40mm. When the seam width is greater than 60mm, it should be reinforced according to the design requirements.

When lifting the floor slab, the lifting points are required to be evenly stressed, and the board surface is kept level, to avoid twisting and cracking of the board. If the wall adopts the cement mortar leveling method, sprinkle the plain cement mortar on the wall or beam before hoisting the floor slab. Check whether the board number on the wall is correct according to the design drawings, and then enter the seat with the correct number and not misplace it. When installing, the end of the board is aligned with the position line, and slowly descends, and then it is allowed to be unhooked after being stabilized.

Adjust the position of the board, use a crowbar to move the board end, so that the length of the wall at both ends of the board and the distance between the boards meet the requirements of the design drawings. For the binding or welding anchoring ribs of the porous plate, if it is a short-directional plate, the anchoring ribs protruding from the end of the plate are arranged and bent into a 45° bend and cross each other.
