Specifications of PVDF Painting Aluminum Expanded Metal Mesh

Material: 3003, 3005, or 5052 aluminum alloy 

Coating: PVDF (70% PVDF resin + 30% acrylic), typically applied via spray process.

Coating Thickness: 30-50 microns.

Color Options: Standard colors (black, white, silver, bronze, gray, etc.), also available in custom RAL or Pantone shades.

Mesh Patterns: aluminum expanded mesh

Thickness (Sheet): 0.5mm–5.0mm,2mm and 3mm mostly used.

Standard Sheet Size: 1000mm × 2000mm, 1220mm × 2440mm, or as customized.
